Organize your users. Assign roles and establish hierarchies across an enterprise.
The concept of teams is one that already existed in various products of the ZoomInfo suite. The task was to merge all of these fragmented features, keep current functionality, and establish a more scaleable framework for concepts like user permissions.
Roles and Profiles
Phase 2 of the Admin Portal project was an emphasis on layering in as much relevant data as needed onto users and teams. Depending on the role of a user, administrators needed a way to grant or deny certain permissions.
